Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

This policy details how we deliver, the lead times we promise, and the shipping costs that apply to orders placed with Lightboard (business number 207160151, Ganei Am, Israel). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Delivery zones

We ship within Israel only, including the Jordan Valley and the Arava (additional days may apply).

For international orders, please contact us in advance at office@lightboard.co.il for a custom quote.

2. How we ship

Orders are delivered through an external courier coordinated by Lightboard. On delivery you may be asked to sign a delivery slip or present an ID document.

In-store pickup is not currently offered.

3. Shipping cost

  • Standard domestic shipping: the cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free shipping: orders over ₪299 ship for free within Israel.
  • The final cost is shown in the cart and on the order confirmation before payment.

4. Lead times

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days from payment approval.
  • Made-to-order items, including the Lightboard with personalized photos: 10–14 business days from payment approval and confirmation of order details (your photos, where relevant).
  • Business days are Sunday to Thursday and exclude Fridays, Saturdays, eves of Jewish holidays, and Israeli public holidays.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

6. Delays

Delays caused by force majeure, strikes, severe weather, security closures, holidays, or carrier outages are outside our control, but we'll always reach out and explain where your order stands.

7. Wrong address / failed delivery

7.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you provide.

7.2 If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unanswered phone, or refusal of delivery, we will charge the cost of a re-shipment if you'd like the order delivered again.

7.3 Address changes after the order is placed are honored when possible, but cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

8. Damage in transit

8.1 On delivery, please inspect the parcel before signing. If the box arrives visibly damaged, sign with reservation and document it with a photo.

8.2 Email us within 48 hours of receipt at office@lightboard.co.il, with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
