1. About these terms
Welcome to Lightboard ("the site"). The site is operated by Lightboard, a sole proprietorship registered in Israel under business number 207160151, located at Ganei Am, Israel ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the site and any purchase you make through it ("you", "your", "the customer"). Use of the site, and any purchase placed through it, constitutes full acceptance of these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Purchases on the site are open to anyone aged 18 and over who holds a valid credit card (or another payment method accepted on the site) and an active email address.
3.2 The age limit applies to the right to make a purchase, not to browsing the site.
3.3 Minors and anyone otherwise unable to enter into a binding contract may use the site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Any purchase by a minor requires explicit parental consent in advance.
4. The order process
4.1 To place an order, you provide your full name, shipping address, phone number, email and payment details.
4.2 Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway. We accept major Israeli credit cards, digital wallets, and the bit app.
4.3 Your order is confirmed once your payment is approved by the issuing card company and you receive a written order confirmation by email. Our internal records will serve as prima facie evidence of the order details.
4.4 We may decline to confirm an order — for example, if the details are inaccurate, the issuing card company refuses authorization, the item is out of stock, or for any other reasonable cause. In that case the order will be cancelled in coordination with you and you will not be charged.
4.5 Prices on the site include VAT as required by Israeli law and exclude shipping fees, unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
5.1 In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of payment approval.
5.2 Made-to-order items, including the Lightboard with personalized photos, ship within 10–14 business days of payment approval and confirmation of order details (such as your custom photos).
5.3 Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, eves of Jewish holidays, and Israeli public holidays. Delays caused by force majeure, strikes, severe weather, security closures or carrier outages are outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and to shorten the delay.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
6.1 Cancellation rights are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן) and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction document, whichever is later.
6.2 Cancellation must be sent in writing to office@lightboard.co.il, or by phone to +972 55-720-9448 during business hours.
6.3 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice, to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6.4 For cancellations not caused by a defect or non-conformity, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower — and the cost of returning the product. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6.5 Made-to-order or customised products (including the Lightboard with personalized photos) — the right of cancellation is limited under section 14C(d)(4) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Once production has begun these items cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

7. Warranty and customer service
7.1 We provide product warranty in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the consumer regulations that apply. Defects or non-conformities should be reported within 14 days of receipt.
7.2 Product photos on the site are for illustration. Slight variations in tone, finish, and texture between the photo and the final piece are normal — especially in handcrafted work.
7.3 The site is provided "AS-IS". Beyond what is required by mandatory law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damage, loss of profit, or any harm caused by use of, or reliance on, information on the site.
7.4 We are not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by communications providers, internet service providers, or third-party platforms outside our control.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information you provide through the site is stored in our records and used to fulfill your order, improve the service, and (only with your consent) for marketing. Full details — see the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 All copyright, trademarks, content, design, graphics, photographs, code, and the Lightboard logo on the site and on the products belong to us, or to a licensor of ours, and are protected under Israeli and international intellectual property law.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially use any part of the site without our prior written consent.
10. Accessibility
10.1 We are committed to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1 These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the site, are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
11.2 The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or to the site.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site is the binding one. Please review the terms before placing an order.
These terms are based on the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. In any conflict between these terms and applicable law — applicable law prevails.
